Sir Geoff Mulgan is Professor at University College London (UCL). He was CEO of Nesta and the Young Foundation, director of the UK Government’s Strategy Unit and head of policy in the Prime Minister’s office. He currently leads the International Public Policy Observatory and chairs an EU programme on ‘Whole of Government Innovation’. Past books include ‘Big Mind: how collective intelligence can change our world’ (Princeton UP) and ‘Another World is Possible: How to Reignite Social and Political Imagination’ published by Hurst Publishers/Oxford University Press in 2022.
