Isabela Ferrari has been a Brazilian Federal Judge since 2012, and a member of the UNESCO WGIA since 2019. She holds a Phd on Public Law at the University of Rio de Janeiro. She was a visiting researcher at Harvard Law (2016/2017). Judge Ferrari teaches at the UNESCO MOOC AI and the Rule of Law. She was the 2021 Distinguished Jurist Lecturer for the Judiciary of Trinidad & Tobago. She has published several books on Law and Technology, especially in the field of Online Courts.
