Dionne Jackson Miller is a Ph.D. student in the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies, Mona. Her research project focuses on the work of Jamaica’s Access to Information Appeal Tribunal. She is an attorney-at-law, with an LL.M. in Human Rights Law and a post-graduate certificate in Media Law, both from the University of London. She is also a journalist with over 20 years experience in media. She hosts a daily current affairs programme “Beyond the Headlines” on Radio Jamaica and a weekly current affairs programme “All Angles” on Television Jamaica
Dr Natalie Pang is Associate Professor and Deputy Head at the Communications and New Media Department (CNM), as well as Principal Investigator at the Centre for Trusted Internet and Community, both at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her teaching and research lies at the intersection of technology and society, and her research projects are organised under the themes of digital citizenship, digital inclusion and well-being, and digital humanities. She has published extensively with over 40 journal articles and over 50 conference papers, book chapters, commentaries and encyclopaedia entries.

Jacob Jaremko is a Professor of Radiology and Adjunct Professor of Computing Science at the University of Alberta, a practicing board-certified Pediatric and Musculoskeletal radiologist and partner at Medical Imaging Consultants, and co-founder of 2 startup companies including MEDO.ai. He has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. He is a Canada CIFAR AI Chair and Fellow of the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute. His research has focused on developing objective imaging biomarkers of disease in ultrasound and MRI, and on implementing AI-augmented medical imaging diagnostic tools at the clinical point of care — building the 21st-century stethoscope.
Katrina Ingram is the Founder and CEO of Ethically Aligned AI, a social enterprise focused on helping organizations to drive better outcomes in the design, development and deployment of AI systems. A seasoned executive, Katrina has over two decades of experience running both not for profit and corporate organizations in the technology and media sectors as well as experience in the public sector. Madeleine Noland is the President of the Advanced Television Systems Committee Inc. An industry veteran who is widely respected for her consensus-building leadership style, she chaired the technology group that oversees the ATSC 3.0 next-generation broadcast standard before being named ATSC President in May 2019. Previously, she chaired various ATSC 3.0-related specialist groups, ad hoc groups and implementation teams since 2012.
Md. Sayeed Al-Zaman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Media Studies at Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. His research interests focus on the intersection of digital humanities and sociology within social sciences and humanities disciplines. Specifically, he studies the impact of social media on social issues, digital information, and online behavior in Bangladesh. To aid his research, he employs advanced computational methods and tools. May-Ann is the Director of the Fair Tech Institute at technology consultancy firm Access Partnership, and is concurrently the Emeritus Director of the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA). A strong advocate for inclusive education, digital literacy, and sustainability, May-Ann is also the Chairman of the Board for nonprofit organisation Engineering Good, which focuses on assistive technology and digital inclusion of the underprivileged and disabled. An active divemaster and instructor, May-Ann also organizes sea cleanups and advocates for ocean sustainability. She also volunteers as a youth mentor with Advisory Singapore, assisting young professionals with career planning.
Prof. David Harel is President of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, and was Vice President from 2015 to 2021. He is at the Weizmann Institute of Science since 1980, serving in the past as Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. He works on logic and computability, software and systems engineering, modeling biological systems, odor reproduction, prosody and more. He invented Statecharts and co-invented Live Sequence Charts.
