Cèline Caruso Dixon is a mixed first-generation Canadian living in Amiskwaciy-Wâskahikan (Edmonton, Treaty 6). Her work at ATB is the culmination of years of activism, curiosity, and hope for a better future. Specializing in policy and governance creation in the Inclusion & Reconciliation space, her work helps to develop the fundamental framework for moving towards a diverse, decolonial existence. Her passion and work in Inclusive AI stems from her background in Philosophical Ethics and she is currently working on a project to develop inclusion prompts for Google Gemini at ATB.
