Christopher Reckord is a leading voice in digital transformation, AI strategy, and public-private innovation across the Caribbean. He currently serves the Government of Jamaica in several national leadership roles, including Deputy Chairman of the ICT Authority and of the National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA), Chairman of the National Artificial Intelligence Taskforce, and a member of the Digital Transformation Advisory Council. He also serves as Deputy Chairman of the newly formed Caribbean AI Taskforce, Commissioner on the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, and a member of the Gastronomy Network under the Ministry of Tourism.
In the private sector, Chris chairs the Innovation & Digital Transformation Committee of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) and is deeply involved in scaling digital readiness among Caribbean businesses. A former tech CEO turned business operating systems coach, he is co-owner of the Cellar 8 Wine-Bar-Bistro in Kingston. His passion for wine education complements his work as an independent wine consultant with DeVine Wine Services.
