Eduardo Villanueva Mansilla (Ph.D., Political Science) is a professor at the Communications Department, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), and is currently the Dean of the School of Communications Arts and Sciences at that University. His interests are centered in Digital Politics, specifically in the relationship between digital media and political transformations; and cultural expression in Digital media. He is also the Director for International Relations of the Latin American Association of Communication Researchers (ALAIC).
