Dr. Eleonore Fournier-Tombs is Head of Anticipatory Action and Innovation at UNU Centre for Policy Research in New York, and the Research Lead for the Secretary General’s AI Advisory Body. A data scientist and AI policy expert, she is a lecturer in new technologies for international cooperation at Université de Montréal, and in cybersecurity at McGill University.
